Stopped by to get 2 shovels and saw the new Covid rules about pick up only. Luckily while I was processing them, one of the staff asked if he could bring something out for me. I was glad to see that Ramsey Hardware could keep staff and customers safe in this period of rampant Covid yet still provide good service. I’ll know to call ahead next time but I would have called from my car this time if I had had to.

I've never heard more disrespectful owners in my entire life. A gentleman was walking up to purchase an item, and while there are new rules for the store, this gentleman did not seem to know them nor see their sign posted outside. However, for the owner to turn around and speak to him in the manner that he did, then have his worker screaming from inside the business saying ead the effing sign!\, I will not be doing any business here. They may have a wide selection of items but I have completely lost interest. I hope the gentleman finds what he needs .
Over all of the years that I have done business with Ramsey Hardware store, I have found the entire staff to be pleasant, helpful and courteous. I Refer everybody I know to them. They have everything that you need.
I bought some interior paint from another place years back. A year later I came to Ramsey Hardware for the same color. They correctly gave me the right color mixture but when I put it up it didn’t match what I previously put up. This was due to the original paint store giving me the wrong mixture. Despite it not being R.H.’s fault they mixed me a fresh can of paint so it would match the original, at no cost to me. Thank you Ramsey Hardware!!
