I did not purchase an RV from this company, but spent a long time talking with Kelly Adamek and Seth about a camper van that interested me. Because I would have to travel to see the van in person, I wanted to get a good idea of whether this vehicle would suit me before getting on an airplane and traveling to Minnesota. Over the course of several telephone calls, Kelly patiently answered my questions, sent many more photos and gave me her personal assessment based on my priorities. She was honest, thorough and prompt in her communication with me, which I appreciated very much. I left with a very positive impression of Lake Region RV's.

Being a new motor home owner I really appreciated all of the wonderful help during our orientation appointment. There were no new Leisure Travel Vans available but we found a used unit on the lot and every little problem was fixed, even when it showed up two days after we took ownership. I feel like we got a great deal and now we are enjoying our mint condition used motorhome.
