Welter Construction handled our insurance claim for both a new roof and new siding. We were very pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship and the timelines of the installation. They routinely went above & beyond to help us achieve exactly what we wanted for both the appearance and quality. I can't give them a higher recommendation and we will look to them in the future with any remodeling needs.

Very satisfied with the level of craftsmanship performed by Welter. Work involved a new roof, rear siding, and deck, all a storm damage insurance claim. They took the burden off of me dealing with insurance and made sure all my needs were met. I would work with them again in the future.
Roger Welter and his PM Zach did an amazing job on my deck project. They effectively estimated the project while managing the budget and timeline, no surprises there.
