We are really happy with our new windows from Zen! Steve made the process easy and stress-free from the start. There was no pressure to buy after providing us with a quote to replace all of our windows. The crew that came completed the whole job in one day too! And I really appreciated how they cleaned up and left no mess behind after the installation was complete.

Excellent! The estimate process was so much easier than listening to a 2 hour sales pitch in person. I sent Steve some pictures of my windows and he quoted me a price by email. They were very affordable compared to other quotes I had gotten. After going to his office to see the windows in person I decided to order them. Steve came out and took measurements and placed the order. It took about 6 weeks to get them. The two installers did an excellent job! They worked so hard and cleaned up everything so well. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. The windows are fabulous. They look beautiful and the quality is wonderful. My house is now much warmer and so quiet. Thank you Steve and Zen Windows!

We replaced all of the windows in our house (casements, slider, and double-hung) with Zen Windows. That's 20 windows, and we also had all of the window exteriors wrapped. I found Zen Windows after a lot of time on Google. So. Much. Research. Their process couldn't be easier. I liked that I could just email them my window measurements and they emailed me an estimate. I dealt directly with Steve, who owns the company and received amazing service. We had several other companies make us sit through hours of high pressure and annoying sales tactics. In contrast Steve at Zen just gave us straightforward honest information and numbers. Once we decided to move forward with ordering windows, Steve came out to our house with samples and took measurements. We had a laid back conversation about ordering the windows, lead times, and the installation process. When the windows arrived Zen's installation team was on time, professional, tidy, and very efficient. Product quality is great. Our house is so much quieter, and energy efficient. We have gotten tons of compliments from our neighbors about the windows. The whole experience with Zen Windows from beginning to end was excellent. I would highly recommend working with them.
