I was pretty disappointed, this evening My 7 year old and I showed up to donate her toys that she no longer wants and no one answered although the operator told us to bring them here. I drove over 20miles just to do that and I felt let down for sure. Also, the firehouse was full of trucks and vehicles so I know someone was there.
