Love our new system! Water tastes so much better and the smell that had been filtering through the house is gone! Kenny was the best and figured out a way to not make a hole in our laundry room wall like another company was going to..Their price was so much better than the others . I can't recommend Diamond Pure filtration enough!

First and foremost, great customer service and follow up. Second when we met up with Mike he never pressured us about the stuff he was selling. He gave us his recommendations and that was it, even though they carried fancier stuff that would've cost us more. I can tell that this person is genuinely looking out for his clients. And for the installer Kenny, he's been in this business for 25 years running. Installation was meticulously crafted. The system was set up beautifully. Man can this guy manipulate pipes! We had a very small leak from one of the tanks a few days later, Mike was on it today and took care of it. Done. No service charge. I never had water filtration and softener before, but having them pays for itself from the get go. Detergent use down to 50%, elimination of further calcium build up on pipes of the house, less effort in cleaning the bathrooms and shower doors from hard water stains and more. Now the water is very soft on the skin, and the taste is great! Bye bye Sparklett's! Thanks Mike and Kenny! Thank you Diamond water!

Mike and his team are great. There are plant of companies promising clean, filter water. The prpduct is great, but the team is amazing. Prices were fair and they were amazing professionals when they installed everything. Glad I chose Diamond Pure.
