I'm on my 2nd set of orders. The logos came out perfect. She has a lot of colors to choose from. The old owner wouldn't order some shirts he didn't normally carry but the new owner didn't hesitate. I received a call on the day they started my job. Great experience. Thanks for the great job and a good deal.
These are the two nicest people ever. I have been doing business with them since 2004. Doug and Cynthia always have my order ready. If I am not sure about the color, letter type they always know what will look best. Thank you.
Waited for a call back on a price, over a week later I called back. Still no price estimate, no information!! Very disappointed with service, this poor service from Rosa the Supervisor!!!! A lot of waiting for nothing! I wonder if it was discrimination on what I wanted written on the t-shirt, about Sanctuary State.
OH MY GOD!!!! where do I start with this lady, she is very unprofessional and unorganized. I came in last Wednesday or Thursday on October 18 or 19th. I came in to order 2 shirts with embroidery, I ask the lady if they can give me a deal with the shirts and she said she'll ask her boss. So than haven't heard from them till Monday of this week, the owner of the store (female) called me that they can't give me a deal with the 2 shirts, I ask her how much for the 2 shirts? She said 49.99 with embroidery. So than how long for me to receive it? She said 5-7 days. I was very hesitant to give her my card because it take to long but than I said okay let's do it. I gave her my card over the phone and assume that it was processed. I called her today FRIDAY to follow up to check on my 2 shirts and spoke to the same lady and when I talk to her she had no idea what I was talking about and of course she gave me that excuse \oh my system is slow\ let me check and give you a call back. I explained to her every detail what we had spoken, gave her my card over the phone and finally she said oh I remember. At this point she pulled up her system and said she emailed me sending the quote 109.86 and told me she quoted me the wrong SIZE. Now she's telling me that why didn't I respond to the email? If you knew that you quoted me the wrong SIZE as a customer service you should be able to pick up the phone and call. What kind of business are you running here? Seriously this lady thinks I'm a fool, You are very unprofessional, unorganized and overcharging my 2 XXL shirts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE TO GET THEIR STUFF EMBROIDED!! They will overcharge you for there mistakes.
