My husband and I just moved into this area about four years ago. We just bought a new home and needed new flooring. We looked at several different flooring companies before deciding on going with LA carpets. How pleased I was when the floors were put in. It has been four months now and the floors are still gorgeous! Koko is the best! He works very hard for his customer satisfaction! If there is anything that needs to be adjusted, he is there on the spot! We need more flooring done for our upstairs and we will be having LA Carpets do the work for us!The guys that do the work are quick, professional and pleasant. We are very happy with the work and quality of the flooring that we had put in.

I read a lot of reviews on flooring companies and decided to take my business here hoping reviews weren't padded cuz ya never know. Wow, was I impressed! The shop was closed the week after Christmas just when I needed my floors to be done since I was off on vacation. He asked his workers if they could do it for me still on their vacation time off and they said yes. Koko the owner was awesome. He's upfront, honest, dependable and really knows what's best for the customer. His workers couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating and even helped another delivery guy that delivered a super heavy table that I wasn't expecting that day. Koko came both days to check in that things were going smoothly and if I had any questions. The little extra touches he added in shows just what wonderful customer service he provides. We couldn't be happier with our new floors and the new beautiful look and facelift it needed. I'm so glad i picked Laminate Floors, thank you Koko!!!!

Koko is the best, a real professional. Reasonable pricing and awesome service. He doesn't try to make a sale but offers the produce to fit your need. The day after the installation of my acacia flooring his team made a mistake in re-installing my washer and dryer and cause water damage to some of the flooring and laundry room. KoKo immediately came and accessed.the damage and had repairs started at no cost to me. No Hassle just \I will get this taken care and sorry for the inconvenience.\ Thanks KoKo
