Not satisfied. If you are interested in taking your business here, first I recommend you read the reviews; the ones that actually say something about this business, not the ones that are random 5-stars with no description or even the one review that says \The very best in maintenance!!\. Is this a doctor or a handyman?? Anyways, my experience: They always mess up my lab order appointments, almost every time i went to my lab appointment the lab order was not sent over. Absolutely unprofessional, I would not recommend them. Absolutely not.

They have messed up my appointments, did not tell me about steps i need to take and that delayed the process of my treatment. Not to mention they have charged me extra for the appointment that i did not need. They have charged me more than the copay amount and i was lucky to realize it. Be careful so they don’t rip you or your insurance!
Dr Jochen and ALL his staff, in all locations (I’ve been to all campuses), are knowledgeable & helped ensure my CO2 Fractional Laser treatment went smoothly. Frequent follow-ups & guidance after the treatment was reassuring. I can see significantly impressive results & know continued improvement is expected over next 3 months. My skin texture using the SkinMedica Essential Serum is better than any of the LaPrairie or LaMer products I’ve used,, in fact it instantly makes your skin/pores beautiful & will now be a staple in my routine.
