I have asked 4 times, over a 2 1/2 week period, for the instructions to the baby rattle and have yet to receive them. I'm very disappointed that they were not included with the design. What if I was trying to make these for a baby shower that was in a few weeks?

Received embroidery scissors for a gift and the are perfect. They are curved and have a leather sheath to protect them and your work. Large cross stitch pieces are safe from cutting or catching. I went to order a backup pair on Amazon and they went out of their way to get me another pair when no longer available, all in the same day I asked for there help. Thank you!

I placed an order on apr5 and still haven't recieved it. I've emailed many times and when I finally get an answer they say it's in transit but will not provide a tracking number . They did however send me a postcard to find Jesus! How ironic that a company that runs their business like that thinks they are Christians! Do not do business with them!!!

This woman who runs this really needs to start providing customer service. She blatantly ignores emails. All the while, she takes money and doesn’t provide. Enough of her rudeness and being unappreciative of her customers.
