Rancho Viejo flooring. They were in and out in one day our floors were done we are so happy. They were gentle with all her furniture and they moved everything around. They made it so easy for us. Our floors never looked better. Their professionalism was on canning they made us feel very comfortable. I recommend them to anyone who wants to get their floors done.

I have used Rancho Viejo Flooring for several years, for flooring in my own home, as well as all of my clients' projects! As an Interior Designer it's important to work with vendors that understand my schedule, my vision and the needs for each individual project. Duane, has a great variety materials, to choose from ... tile for kitchens and bathrooms, lots of choices of flooring, from tile to wood and Luxury Vinyl plank, etc. His crew is fast, courteous, and does a great job! My wife and I were planning on new floors for quite some time. For some context it took us three months to pick a couch so when it came to new floors we were very picky. We had contacted multiple companies and contractors to help us. Not one had the right level of service, samples we were looking for or willing to help. On a whim I dropped by Rancho Viejo flooring and Duane had the samples we wanted (and then some), the timing that worked for us and a competitive price to boot. After months of searching it seemed to easy but our search was over. When Duane came over with his crew he noted that they take their time to ensure their customers are satisfied. A 2,200 sq foot house with stairs only took them four days and it turned out amazing. His crew was nice, fast and checked in with us multiple times each day throughout the process. They even let me work behind them taking the opportunity when the rooms were cleared to do some touch up painting and baseboard work. We worked, listened to music, had lunch together and had fun while we worked. There were a few times where communication was needed for additional inventory and some custom stair work and Duane was very responsive (even over the holiday). To say the least we were very satisfied with the work, the quality, the service and of course our floors. Will upload photos once we stop staring at our amazing floors, thanks Duane

We have used Rancho Viejo Flooring twice in our home, first for hardwood flooring on our staircase and upstairs hall and recently to re-carpet 5 bedrooms. Duane was friendly, informative, very helpful and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and timely when quoting the jobs and the pricing was fair and competitive. His installers do an amazing job and leave the place as clean as they found it. I love the fact that they are a local company and Duane really knows the trends and provides quality recommendations and feedback. His products are top notch.
