*****Edit 11/15/20 to add update- Received a call from owner Marie. We discussed the issue that happened. She did her best to rectify the situation and apologized for the flub, due to internet outage on date of delivery and my order was lost. I understand that issues happen and sadly during a tough time; I was feeling the impact more.****** Extremely disappointed! Could not even call back when I called the manager Maria and left a message at 10am on 11/13. Ordered flowers on Sunday Nov 8th for a delivery on Wed Nov 11th, with funeral services starting at 4pm for my grandfather. My uncle took it upon himself to call during the services and find out about the flowers. He left messages and then someone told him they were delivered. Funeral parlor reviewed tapes and found no delivery. Uncle called again. Finally an arrangement showed up at 6pm. Almost the end of services. They would have been beautiful it they didn't look slapped together, parts flopping over. It was also an extreme disappointment for the price I paid. 102 including delivery fee and tip prepaid and a dozen roses on Valentine's Day for 40 was bigger than what I got. Also posting a review on my social media accounts 17.3k followers to see. Remember BAD reviews spread faster than good. You inspired an extreme negative experience during a tough time.
