When the girls or the young guy that speaks great English are there it's really great because they go above and beyond for their customers, now there's this old guy that is rude and can't even answer the phone with proper etiquette, doesn't even check if movies are available just tells you flat out no... They need the old employees back or hire some new friendlier ones.
