Bought a washer and dryer for 700 dollars. They rescheduled the delivery from Saturday to Sunday. The washer made a grinding sound and bits of plastic came out of the drain. The drum does not turn anymore and there is a burning smell coming from the washing machine even when it is off. I called the store they told me they would get back to me 4 hours pass by still nothing I call back. And I'm told by the woman to contact her boss over text, an hour later still no response, im now down 700 dollars and im left a legitimate fire hazard in the basement of my new house, that is still producing a burning smell even when not running.

if I could give a 0 I would, on Saturday I bought a dryer and it worked fine for the first 15 minutes and it stopped working. Today Sunday I messaged the owner and he asked me to bring the dryer back and he would exchange it for a new one, I paid an extra 25 dollars to get a different model, this dryer worked fine for the first two loads and now its not working AGAIN. will call again tomorrow morning and see if they can fix this. for sure I will never buy from here again!!!!
