We used Roam'n Around's shuttle service to hike the 124 mile Centennial Trail from Wind Cave to Bear Butte. I don't even know where to begin. Basically, we couldn't have done it without them. Had to leave the trail because of a serious case of heat exhaustion and they were able to pick us up last minute with almost no warming. Our water filter broke, they had a new one delivered to the next trailhead within an hour. The forecast dropped down to 37 degrees, well below the capacity of our sleeping bags and they had high quality bag liners waiting for us that got us through the night. AND they met us at the Northern terminus with chocolate, COLD water and a reminder to take a picture of the sunset, THEN took us to get what we were craving, greasy cheeseburgers! They were also very careful about Covid safety and wore masks the whole time we were around them. We are huge fans of this incredible couple and will now order all our outdoor supplies from Roam'n Around directly. What a great business and even better people. Couldn't possibly recommend them more. (I'll add that we ran into another couple on the trail who waited for a different shuttle service for 2 hours at the beginning of their trip. That would NEVER happen with Roam'n Around.)
