They not only stood behind their product and gave me a replacement with no hassle when a toner cartridge I purchased from them failed, but they brought it out to my house and installed it themselves. They noticed a problem with a second toner cartridge and drove back to the store to get a replacement for that one, as well. They made sure my printer was working perfectly. It turns out my particular printer model is very finicky when it comes to the toner cartridges, and they went above and beyond to ensure it would work for me. I have only bought about 600 of toner from them, but they treated me as if I was their most important customer. They have a dedicated customer for life!

EXCELLENT service. They fixed a broken piece of ink cartridge jammed in my printer and refused to charge me anything. I had to insist they at least take a 10 bill. THAT kind of service will keep me coming back for sure. I know this as I often do the same as a business owner. ;) :D
