I will not be ordering computers from this company again nor can I recommend them to anyone either. I order my computer 22 Jan 2021 received it 1 Feb 2021 without the WiFi Antenna told them on 2 Feb 2021 then again 6 Feb 2021 via messenger and multiple phone calls unanswered then by email finally emailed me back on 3/9/21 stating they are sorry I haven't received it yet from NewEgg say what I ordered from yall I shouldnt have to deal with New Egg. Any way I still never received the antennas as of today and haven't heard back from Raptor Tech Computers since 3/9/21 so after spending 2202 on a custom computer that I ordered with the WiFi adapter and antenna I end up having to buy my own antenna from a local computer store. I would recommend buying local if possible that way when something missing or broke you can get it taken care of and quickly might want to stay away from these guys though.

Adam and Jason are among the best sales people to have ever existed. They did not try whatsoever to squeeze money out of me, as most sales people are trained to do. Instead, they threw me deals left and right.They gladly answered each and every one of my paranoia-fueled question and did it in a manner that felt less strict and more like I was talking to a lifelong friend. They made the process of spending 6 months of tedious saving on 1 item as enjoyable and worry-free as possible. Per my request, they sent photos every couple steps of the build. You will never find a better company than this. The computer was delayed by around 2 weeks due to a payment issue but even then they offered numerous payment alternatives to speed it up. Now, about the computer itself. It arrived more protected than any package I've ever seen. It booted up perfectly and after I ran it through it's paces it performed perfectly. The cable management was also top notch. Ordering from here was a decision I am sure to repeat. 11/10
RaptorTech built a custom PC for me in Oct 2019, listened to everything I wanted and built it to spec. The service was great, build time was \u003c5 days and I had the PC in hand a couple days after that. It was shipped in the original case box, lots of extra padding - worked perfectly upon arrival. If you're considering a custom built PC, 100% go with RaptorTech over the bigger custom build shops - they are MUCH cheaper and will give you exactly what you want, even if it's not listed. 9900k OC'd to 5.0ghz, 2080ti Aorus Xtreme
SCAMMERS !!! June 4 place an order with them for two car radios, made payment by paypal as requested by Adam, three weeks later he issue a refund saying that paypal won't release founds to them and send me a link to make a new payment, on July 2 he provided tracking number and said that radios were shipped via USPS, more then a week later and speaking with USPS packages were never dropped off. No responds from Adam to phone calls, text or emails. That's my experience with raptortech. How do I contact them or different setup as you call it ??
Besides a little bit of rough communication, the guys at Raptortech came through with a sick rig that I'm super happy to finally have. Thanks guys! Don't let the bad reviews (who are often people with no common sense) stop you from getting a good deal.
Awesome computer build! like the previous reviewer said a little rough on communication but over all not disappointed with the build one bit
They rip offed a trademarked brand by NZXT called BLD and named theirs rBLD. They also continually are rude to me for pointing out flaws and can't accept people not liking them.
Tbh i was kinda skeptical at first because of how cheap the unit I was getting, Here I am 4 months later the PC i bought still in excellent condition no issues at all. The owner is legit people
