If you need to rewire an old lamp to better than new go here! My 2 lamps that had damaged wires due to lightning power surge were not only fixed but fixed better than they were with wiring, light socket with 3way switch and properly fitted base bracket and lampshade arch. I am so happy and pleased. Well worth the money to have my repairs done here.

Classic old-time repairman
Tiny shop specializing in lamp repairs, but also has a good selection of lampshades with the spider holders which is what I was in the market for. Very nice guy behind the counter. When/if I need a lamp repaired, I'd def go to him before tossing it into the landfill!
I have gone in a few times with lamps that I thought were a total loss. The owner was very knowledge and was able to quick them and they are as good as new. Proud to support a local business owner.
Unprofessional and rude owner. Took two quality lamps (table, floor) and refused to provide any estimate of what repair would cost, no range, no time, no anything. Compared it to fixing a car which is ridiculous. Low-end shades and supplies in shop. Took my lamps and left.
