Well staffed, no wait or short wait time. I just did my compliant license and 11 VIN certifications and registrations with no trouble after moving here from Virginia. Staff was helpful and professional. Do your research beforehand to be sure you bring what you need to avoid frustration. I’m pretty sure the 1 star reviews are all from unprepared people with bad attitudes that earned whatever bad experience they had. Come here with a good attitude and properly prepared and you’ll have a positive experience. Be an a-hole and you get what you deserve.

I stopped into the Bmv here at the Ravenna location to get my Ohio compliance Federal identification card/driver’s license. I stopped during the day so there was a very minimal wait.....5 minutes. To get the compliance federal identification/driver’s license you’ll need a few things. 1. your current driver’s license if you have one 2. Your birth certificate or your passport 3. Your social security card 4. Two forms of address identification (I used my checking account statement and my mortgage statement.....a utility bill will work..... all must have your current address. While I was there the teller pointed out that my passport I gave them that I recently had gotten had a misspelling in my middle name. I’m so glad she caught that so I can have a new one made before my trip out of the country. They are very thorough there and very friendly. I’m grateful she caught it. I highly recommend this bmv

I went to get my license renewed and while I was there everyone was decent to me, only slightly snappy. But when an old man came in with hearing aids the office lady and cop made fun of him. And yelled at him to get out... when he told them he was hard of hearing. It was a super sad thing to witness.

Everyone here is great to work with. It is like most DMV/BMV places where the protocol is the same so don't expect them to bend the rules. They do the job exceptionally well and exactly as they are told. They are polite if you are polite with them. I recommend this place and just remember to be patient and nice. If you don't have all the paperwork they need from you it's part of the job it's not the employees fault. You can look online what is required to give to a motor vehicle worker depending on your issue and if you provide it all its fast and simple procedure. Just don't be a Karen and do your research on what they need from you and it's fast and effective.

Slowest, most unprofessional, incompetent, rude, and annoying experience I’ve ever had at a Bmv office. I would drive up to 30 mins out of my way to avoid having to come here again.
