Linnae mentioned that he is 73 now, and his work reflected that. He no longer seems to have the energy to do good work. He opened our dryer to tighten a loose part, and after he finished, I told him that the dryer often dripped water on the floor. He said that was probably because the vent was clogged with lint, so condensation was building up. He did not even try to inspect and find what the problem was or fix it. After he tightened the part and was closing the lid, he did not have the lid set straight. I pointed that out, and he told me not to worry, because once he started ratcheting the screw, that would pull the lid straight. I doubted that. I think it would simply have driven the screw in at an angle and made it difficult to remove next time. I asked him to straighten the lid before he started ratcheting the screw, and he grudgingly did so. When it was all done, he charged me 186 for his hour of work. I would not recommend him. His quality and value for money are much worse than they were in the past.

Great Customer Service and Honest When I called this morning I got Laney. He wanted to talk about my situation before discussing the possibility of coming out to take a look. His expressed feeling was \why would i charge you for a visit if by talking for 2 minutes we can confirm what the best course of action will be. I would hate to charge you for a visit if we can confirm right now that the cheaper option is to just buy a new refrigerator.\ I loved this approach. times are tough for everyone right now. i am sure this company could have used the service call but Laney treated me fair and helped me save a little money and time. Experienced Appliance Repair has earned a customer for life.
Came out same day I called! Got in and out and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. And so friendly too! Definitely recommend
