Please don't shop for automobiles at Ray Catena's. Shop everywhere else first, so that when you go to Ray Catena's to purchase your vehicle, you can witness first-hand, the level of professionalism that sets them apart from everyone else. Competent, knowledgeable, astute sales personnel, coupled with some pretty awesome vehicles, makes this a pleasant experience in life. Think about it! How many of those do we get?
The staff here are very helpful. Tony Watson in service is great he was a pleasure to work with doing all he could to get my Warranty company to pay to fix my vehicle. ( it was not an Audi company warranty) he was very helpful and because of him I will be back to purchase an new Audi in the next few months.
