My initial experience with the Tire and Battery Department started off a little rocky, to the point that I was done with Sam's and was getting ready to join Costco!!! However, my story has a very beautiful and successful ending, which led to A customer satisfaction and this 5 star rating. It was the corporate Sam's that came through for me. When I reached out to corporate, Kristine with Sam's Club Member Center went the extra mile to ensure I walked away with my problem resolved. All is well!!! Thank you Sam's...I plan to stay as a member and you have Kristine to thank for that!!! Make it a blessed journey!

We were able to get a half pallet of water cases because we go through so much water. Thank you Sam's for accommodating us!
Love Sam’s Club. We only have to go to the store once every 3 weeks. This one is clean and has nice employees. It seems to be well stocked sometimes and a little light other times is the only reason for 4 stars.

They had most everything we needed and it was real easy in and out not crowded even went through the self-serve and they were right on we had we bought some alcohol
