Craig at Raymour & Flanigan was AWESOME! He was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, patient will we made up our mind... A, two thumbs up and a gold star. He was warm, welcoming, hospitable... He definitely provided us with VIP customer service from when I entered the store to when we left HAPPY about our new purchase. I highly recommend shopping with Craig. He will totally make your shopping experience SPECTACULAR!

We came in looking for furniture for our new place. Anthony T. took such great care of us. He was thorough, and took his time explaining all of our options to us. At no time did we feel pressured, or rushed. Amazing customer service, personable, kind, and we even got to see pictures of his pup Jasmine! We even called back a week later to add a dining set to our order! Overall a great experience! Would definetely recommend to anyone who is looking for furniture. I stopped by the store on a Chance just to look, the next thing you know I purchased a whole new living room & dining room set. We had to wait as right now we all need a little patience, but it gave me time to totally remodel . It was worth the wait. All the people from Maddy , Iris and all the salespeople are amazing. I just called months later to add to my sets and Iris was amazing. This is my kind of Store. Keep in mind this is over an hour from my home

I've never gone into a furniture store and had the Fastest patient (if that makes any sense) experience purchasing a big ticket item. Mark was excellent and knew exactly what I needed and wanted. Going back in a few weeks for another item when we begin our next home improvement project. We will definitely look for Mark and Maggie :)

We purchased a few items from Raymour and Flanigan. We were a bit nervous about having items delivered due to bad past experiences with a competitor. They showed up exactly when they said and were very polite and professional. We can not say enough good things about our sales lady, Robin. She made our experiences there fun! Robin is polite, energetic, knowledgeable and most of all very fun to talk to! She is honestly the reason we have returned there, along with the generous prices that easily outmatch the neighboring furniture stores. Very satisfied!
