I walked into the store on I believe Thursday, February 5 while the man at the counter by the door was on the phone and not wearing a mask. I proceeded to the back of the room where I thought the bargain appliances might be. A moment later the same person walks up to me and asks me to put my mask on. I complied but my mask kept falling off my nose but still covered my mouth. I kept putting it back up. I finally got so frustrated that I left out really upset. He seemed more concerned with my mask than anything else. They also refused to let me use the restroom, sending me to the Dollar store a few hundred feet away, which also turned down my plea. They were lucky that I didn't pee on their floor. What I will give the man credit for iss calling me 'sir' and also giving me the name and number of a man that sells used appliances. Nevertheless, I may never ever return to that store!

I called Clark’s appliance To find a part for my refrigerator after calling another local parts store Who was unable to help me. The lady I spoke to was kind and helpful. She went the extra mile to find my part which was nice. She provided good customer service which is hard to come by these days. As soon as my part arrived someone called and I picked it up. Works great ! Thank you!

I would give negative stars if I could. They demanded I keep space and wear a mask, but refused to wear a mask in my own home. They lied and said they weren't required to and have been delivery maskless since March. Public Health stated that they had been contacted about them before and had sent warnings and Clark's denied it. If you got an appliance delivered and later got sick, consider who was in your house.
