Good luck getting ahold of a representative, once you click 0 as told they will pick up and hang up on you immediately.

Guy that I talked to started off cool about my power outage.. once I asked about how long it would take and who’s gonna take care of my pets, groceries, and the elderly on my block. He in a condescending tone said “well you can do whatever you have planned for when the power is out” we just moved here and damn wished I could choose another company.

Don't bother calling, they put you on hold and then hang up your call.

Yulanda THE MANAGER. Was completely incompetent. Rude. Useless. Has zero answers for the power outage and when it could be resolved. I had food I purchased yesterday go bad. She basically said too bad so sad i dont know what to tell you that’s not our fault or problem. I was hung up on one tome called a second time and everyone was rude and uncaring not what you a Customer service line should be. Unacceptable. Disappointing. UNPROFESSIONAL. And inconsiderate. She when on to say her manager would contact me and has yet to do so.

My family owns a business downtown. With this being our livelyhood, we we're counting on a fruitful weekend at our restaurant during downtown days. Unfortunately, due to storms a power line is down across a driveway! It has been 1 and 1/2 days and it is STILL not repaired. People are walking under it and we STILL have NO power!
