This is a top notch operation that I have done business with for over 20 years. Not only are their products of the highest quality, but the customer service is just as wonderful! These are finely made projectors, not like the cheap models you see in Big Box chains. My first projector withstood the weather effects of Florida for over 15 years, and his newer models are even better! The films are of the utmost quality, and the selection is fantastic. I would highly recommend both this company, and his product line! This is just old fashioned Midwestern kindness and greatness!

1- When I initially ordered the color slides from Raztech I told Ralph (Lightologist) how old my OdiLite was. 20 yrs. He knew and should have told me I needed a different lower wattage lightbulb. Instead I got to find out after my color slides were destroyed by the heat. 2-Raztech saved my credit card information without my knowledge or authorization . They used this to charge me for a new lightbulb which is also being returned. "The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that all companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. The (PCI) Data Security Standards represents a common set of industry tools and measurements to help ensure the safe handling of sensitive information. Merchants are responsible for the security of cardholder data and must be careful not to store certain types of data on their systems and ensure their third party service providers meet these PCI requirements." 3- They sent me a replacement slide with the word Greetings misspelled as Greatings. Poor quality control. 4-They knew that the new slides would release a gas that would fog up the lens. Again , they knew this and did not tell me this in advance. 5- Another replacement slide they were "rushing" to me on 12/11 has not been received by 12/15. I've had my OdiLite for 20 years and it has worked great with the white images. My mistake was giving this disorganized company my business again. The communication and service has been terrible. After all their mistakes , they are now refusing to refund my money. Update 02/24/18 : Sent me a letter threatening legal action for my factual review
