In December of 2020 I ordered a mobile wireless hub for my all-volunteer, nonprofit which benefits law enforcement and military, the Patriot Training Foundation. The experience was an absolute disgrace. The device arrived two weeks late and was not functional. After numerous service calls totaling approximately 7 hours and another 2.5 with AT&T at their request, it was determined that their device was faulty. I requested a refund and was told that I should be grateful that I wasn't charged for the service calls. I was then informed that they would keep a 20% restocking fee (400). Eventually, after several conversations and nearly four months, they issued a refund minus 200.

I began working at RCN in 2017, and have thoroughly enjoyed my tenure. As my first and only job out of college, I can confidently say I never expected to join a company that offered so much room for professional growth and income progression as RCN. Not only that, but the culture is phenomenal, with an emphasis on having discipline, success, fun, family, and encouraging personal growth. Not only have I been afforded the chance to provide a life for me and mine, but also to go to work everyday and feel like I'm at a home away from home. At RCN we have a mantra- Expect More. This influences every single action we take. Not only can our customers expect more from RCN in terms of service, but employees can expect more from each other. We strive to become more excellent versions of ourselves each and every day, and push one another to do so. Who wouldn't want to work for a company like that? Ultimately, RCN stands a cut above the rest. It may be my first job, but I can easily see this being the only one I'll ever need.

RCN Technologies is one of the most genuinely welcoming businesses around. Whether you are an employee or a guest RCN will treat you like family. The office space they use has been incredibly renovated and is so fun to do a walk through. If you can catch an event at RCN go check it out!
