Bohica Ranch

I own CAT equipment and John Deere equipment. John Deere is far superior because of the customer service from dealers like RDO in Flagstaff. The parts department goes out of there way EVERY TIME to make sure the experience is a great one. Probably the best customer service I've ever had, and I'm very old, so that's saying a lot.

Very nice people. The machine, a JD riding mower, had to be taken back for adjustment. It took a month to get standard service and belts replaced and it was expensive.
