The system was installed in 2008 and worked great for the first couple of years - and then we began to start having problems. Initially, the installing company serviced it, but by years 6-7, they refused to support it as well. All calls to Advanced Geo were ignored. Not a single one was returned. By year 10 we were forced to come up with a replacement system. Yes, I'm less than happy.
