I don't appreciate the owner, Nick, being such a creep. I understand it's a pawn shop and to not set the bar too high, but he's lucky I didn't contact the police with his arrogance and lack of boundaries. Beware ladies! He seems to think if you pawn an unused household item, you are exchanging it for something else.
Found the owner of Capitol Cash Exchange not only very professional but very helpful I'd come in to purchase something one time and he didn't have the exact item but he spent the time to look up where I could purchase it on the internet. I'm also very happy to say that Capitol Cash Exchange does donate to nonprofit organizations they have donated many times to reading search and rescue which is a 501 3C nonprofit they are a wonderful organization and I am proud to know them
Absolutely the best pawn shop in the area. Makes the other shops look bad with their quality and selection. Employees are helpful and courteous and Nick is a great guy always willing to work with you.

Awesome Pawn shop! They have tons of great stuff, and the owner Nick is always willing to help you out. I would never shop or pawn at any other pawn shop in Berks county.
