GR was very professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. After missing out on playing piano for years, I was given an old piano from a friend and I was skeptical about being able to get it playable again. I called GR and he was able to fit me in quickly - came to our house (with COVID-19 precautions in place - he had his mask/gloves and was fully prepared) and was able to get the piano playable in just a few short hours. The care, attention to detail, and passion/love for the instrument was obvious as he tuned and made repairs to the piano. When I sat down to play it after - I was in tears. It was the first time in years I was able to finally have a piano and play it again, and it sounded perfect! It is clear that GR loves what he does and knows what he's doing - if you love to play piano, this is who you want coming to your home and tuning/repairing your instrument. To top it off, his prices are incredibly reasonable (too low in my opinion - for the amazing work that he does). I will continue to use GR in the future and will recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you GR for the important work that you do - bringing music into the lives of many!

From the moment I emailed to the very end GR was a constant professional. He handled my 50 year old plus Rippen piano with care! My piano on some notes were half tone flat. When he was finished it sounded as rich as it did in 1961. He was very courteous, and follow up after the job was completed. You do not find this in today's world very often. I am happy to highly recommend him to anyone who is need of piano tuning (no matter what the age of the piano).
