Len sold me a puppy that was supposed to be a pure bred English Setter. I got the pup at 7 weeks old. First red flag was he sold the pup that I left a deposit on to someone else. After I asked for my money back, he let me buy another pup which was “not available “ hi when we picked the first pup. Thought it was strange, but my kids were bummed so I didn’t want to let them down. At 7 weeks she appeared to be a pure setter. As she aged, I was suspicious that the pup was not pure bred. By the time she was a year old it appeared that she was grossly over weight, despite being super active. I took her to the vet for evaluation, but her health was fine. Finally, I ordered a reputable dog DNA test. My suspicion was confirmed. The dog is a Lab English Setter mix. I had a second DNA test done through the vet, and it confirmed the first test. It’s very scary because I was given the information to register her with FDSB as a pure bred. I wonder how many tainted bloodlines there are from situations like mine. There were about 10 pups in the litter my dog is from alone. Awesome Len. I paid a thousand dollars for a mutt.

Very welcoming place to buy a full bred English setter. Parents are on site. You can also book hunts here, (pheasant hunting), Len is very knowledgeable about training all sporting breeds of dogs. Puppies are normally always available. They also have a Facebook page.

Len trained my first dog 18 years ago and is training my new puppy now. His knowledge is great and he teaches both the dog and owner

Len is a truly wonderful man and so kind to the customers. He will teach you the proper way to use the Spike Force collar on any dog that wants to pull on his leash. The collar truly gives you more control over your pet !!! He also does training classes every Sunday, except for Mother's day, and Father's day weekend. He seems to always have puppies on site, offers amenities such as free lunch, 6 bird's to hunt (at the conclusion of 4 training classes) , sauna, lodging, wheelchair accessible, warm and friendly environment, 200 acres of land, full size dogs for sale and puppies, bird pen on site. If you think your dog is gun shy, he will correct that problem in under 45 minutes. Never charges for extra birds you might shoot. Will show you how to field clean them your self, or will breast them out for you. Unisex restroom. If you book in advance, and don't have your own dog to hunt with, then he will make sure there is a guide for you. Of course you have to pay a guide fee. But that is usually cheap. Overall a very good place to visit.

The habitat could have been better. There was a lot of raspberry bushes. My dog got pretty ripped up while hunting
