This has to be the worst office I have ever been too. I was scheduled an appointment and upon checking in I was never notified that the office did not receive my insurance referral but rather they check me in and then send me a bill and tell me it’s my fault! I will never go back to this office it’s nice to know how they treat military families. My husband is serving his country and I’m told sorry it’s your fault and pay the bill or risk being sued! That’s what being a military wife means too them.

I was in auto accident in April of 2019, Dr. Michels did emergency surgery on my pelvis. After 1 year and great caring from him I had to go back in for a 3rd surgery... the first 6-8 weeks I was afraid I was going to be able to walk again but within the last 2 months after a year and half I have resumed all nearly all normal activities and at minimal pain. Dr. Michele’s has been very encouraging and supportive through this whole ordeal. I owe him my life. Thanks for giving me mine back. Sincerely Jamie Shaffer

Heartless company. I pay all my bills on time normally. My mom has been in hospice care and I had to fly back to attend to the final stages of her death and then the funeral and her estate. I was 30 days late on a bill and they sent it to AR Resources, a collection company. I immediately paid the actual bill of 78 when that happened. Well I apparently didn't pay their \late fee\ of 25 and they hit my credit for it. I lost 37 points on my credit because of a 25 over-due bill. I just paid it. We're done with each other now OAR. Bye.

If I could give it half a star if i would. They are not an urgent care. Sat down and was told my need wasn't urgent. I am here, I am missing work....... its urgent, I am in pain. So after a discussion and trying to figure out what \urgent\ was to them, I walked out. I was still confused at what happened. So I called multiple times. No answer. I chose every option. No answer... that was my experience. I hope yours is different.

Dr. Michael basically did not wanna deal with my knee issues so I got sent to someone else smh and im in so much pain been dealing with this for almost 2 years and not much help
