The live load time was good, restroom extremely clean, 5 stars for that. You have to check in at the kiosk 1st. Then the window. My only complaint was the weight. They put a little over 46,000 lbs on my trailer. Scaling was difficult and I could only buy 50 gallons of fuel at a time

I had them for little over four years and leased my dispenser. In that time they increase cost of water and the monthly fees on cooler to a point of 5- 5 gallon jugs of water and lease fee was about 74 dollars. I moved so I cancelled service until I settled into my new place. I returned the dispenser In great working condition. I got a 50 dollar bill for them to clean the dispenser so they can send to another customer. I called and stated never was told this and they stated sorry can’t do nothing for you. No care of my business or the amount I paid. To lease a dispenser then to pay their cost to keep making money is very poor business. Then the customer service was horrible they can care less of your single account. I will not be renewing my services and warn others of the nickel and dime chasing corporation they are.

Had the service for three or four years. About mid way through the service, the button on my rented water cooler stopped working correctly. I called customer service and tried to get a new cooler, and just got reasons why they weren't going to give me one. I didn't want to go back to buying tons of bottled water, so I dealt with it. I eventually installed an iSpring RO water filter in my sink. Sure enough my whole family stopped drinking any of the Ready Refresh water. I had tons of piled up full bottles of water that they finally had to come pick up. After I told the person on the phone this story, they still charged my 50 to pick up the broken water cooler, and no....I didn't get credit for all the unopened water bottles. On top of all that, they steadily upped their prices. If you're thinking of this service, do yourself a favor and get a good reverse osmosis filter instead. It'll save you money and the water is better.

Streamlined and fairly quick. Good people even though they force you to wear a mask. Mask madness has infested even this business. What can you do! Still, they do their best.
