When I think nestle refresh ready,, conienence is the last word that comes to mind,, Had to reschedule my order, called hours prior to the nearly 4 hour time frame that it was suppose to arrive to cancel and they claim they cannot reach their drivers. I stated I will refuse to accept the water and I do not care if they do deliver it they will have to pick it back up, doing this hours prior to it even being next on their route they told me I will be charged 9 dollars for refusal of service, I also got told that the schedules for the delivery route are made same day as the delivery, so you are literally forced to be available for 10 hours of a day, Monday through friday, during normal work hours, I told them I will not be home and they told me the driver will most likely be leave the water i stated hours prior at my apartment complex door, I refuse to be liable for water i do not want, what kind of delivery service cannot reach their drivers, name one other company who claims this please, I canceled my account before service even started, absolutely rediulou, worst customer service imaginable, was told id recieve a call back from management, have yet to recieve the call back after 2 hours but the truck came here and called me and I explained I told them this morning I did not want it, id give 0 stars if I could, and I will be contacting the BBB

Never had any problems with them. Yes, the prices are higher but you're paying for the convenience of not having to go to the store. I just restarted service a few months ago and everything has been smooth. I appreciate that they're all working during a pandemic. Took off 1 star because the web site is very slow on my phone, but my phone is old.

I have been with this company for over 15 years for home & residential. Have not had a residential delivery since March. After numerous calls, text & phone confirmations of 4-28-20 delivery, we still have none. I was told that the computer kept kicking out the order & they are working on it. Made it by taking water bottles from my office. Scheduled for 5-28-20 delivery & betting that it won't happen. Starting to look for a new provider. Always on hold waiting for someone. Horrible and ridiculous. Wish I could post \Zero\ stars.

I'm so frustrated with Ready Refresh. As a company, we have used them for over 3 years. After Ready Refresh changed their online platform, I've had so many issues with them and needing to call almost monthly which is always a 30 minute phone call or more! Today I called around 3:20 pm to see if they were still going to deliver and I was told our order would be here by 4:00 pm. It's now 4:45 pm and Ready Refresh has still not delivered our order. We also have 10 empty bottles needing to be picked up.

Stop sending your door to door salesmen to people's door to sell products to \keep them safe in a pandemic\ when they refuse to wear a mask!
