During my first experience with Luis and Ready To Go Cables I came to him with a very tough request, requiring custom coax cables to be turned around in a very quick time (less than one week.) I was first surprised by his attitude confronting the challenge (he never hesitated whether it was possible to deliver or not) and he continued to impress me with daily updates down to very minor details regarding the status of the assignment. Cables were assembled, shipped and delivered within the requested period and the entire experience was satisfactory. Good and consistent communication, very transparent and efficient!
