Totally worthless. I would like a job working here because the people at this place don't actually do anything but still get paid.

I love this place. I had a couple of issues with my license application - and when I called this morning, Jessica was so knowledgable and upbeat about helping me. She told me everything I needed to do in order to receive my license. When I sent in the documents, 2 minutes later, she sent me my issued license. It was the easiest and most stress free experience I've ever had with a government agency (no offense). Jessica, thank you!!!!

I am very disappointed in the Kansas State Real Estate Commission. My husband and I filed a complaint about a realtor who had falsified documents, the realtors name is Christy Shay Needles, she works for Bershire Hathaway/PENFED. She claimed that a property had been taken out of a flood plain and no longer needed flood insurance. However, after having contacted FEMA ourselves we learned that this particular property did still require flood insurance (according to 3 different underwriters from out loan agency), we were also assured by the Kansas State Department of Agriculture that this was (will flood again), as well as FEMA. Furthermore, when we checked the LOMA that Chrisy Shay Needles claimed that she has, it was actually for the neighboring property, NOT the property that she claimed it was for. However, apparently the KREC doesn't believe that falsifying documents is unethical because they decided not to investigate further (even though we supplied all the documentation i.e. emails, documents, etc. proving that this property was actually still in a flood zone. I believe there needs to be a federal review of the Kansas State Real Estate Commission.
