I listed my house with them, I had a good experience and they were helpful and most importantly sold my house pretty fast for asking price! I came into this is fairly high expectations and they were met, which is always a plus.

I have an ex-slumlord/owner, up until friday 6/2/2017 that sold the house to this company. Her house was in foreclosure for 2 years because she refused to pay her bank the mortgage. I am currently sueing her for inhabitable, Quiet Enjoyment and various charges. She kept mold in the walls and wouldnt hire anyone to come to the property to fix repairs or anything. I kept getting city notices for Overgrown Vegetation and etc. I refused to keep giving her rent money, due to breach of contract stating she will take care of repairs. Turned off utilities that was in someone else's name that put me through a loop to try to get the bills in my name. A SCAM ARTIST! She recently had a auction date for 6/22/2017. Well apparently, she hired this Real Estate Consultants Lisa Potier and Phil to help and guide her through this process without relocating me. They came to the property to look at the property calling me a SQUATTER. So I called the cops and they told them all to leave because they had no right to illegally kick me out. Friday June 2nd 2017 they re-keyed the property again with no eviction notice served to me so they wont give me cash for keys and relocation. Lisa is selling a house right next door to me and told me that her partner bought the house. She lied and said I told her I dont live there so they are pretty much scammers and are a horrible company even if I wanted their help to find me a house to buy. I would never trust them to do business with being that they broke the law!!!!! Slum Lords and Slum Realtors do exist!!! Dont not rent or buy from them they are liars and scammers!!!

This was our first time buying and selling at the same time, and these realtors with their years of experience were invaluable in helping us with the whole process from beginning to end. Mina Bharadwa and Debbie Castner were there for us with any question we had when buying the new house. They dealt with any hiccups that came our way calmly and with a positive attitude. Both Mina and Debbie, along with Phil Gilboy, helped oversee fixes we had done before we moved in. Mina also guided us through our first time selling a house -- always calm and with a smile. She is so prepared and on top of things, making everything go smoothly. Mina, Debbie and Phil really do look out for their clients and their knowledge helped us tremendously.
