Tammy was great, responsive and very helpful. Worked with me beyond the end of my lease because my escrow process took a bit longer than expected. Thank you Tammy!!! I was really upset to you guys since I haven't heard back from anybody but Mary called and was able to schedule it within the next couple of hours. It was a very smooth process and she has been great! Everything what I've said has dealt with in a timely manner and has kept me updated with everything that was going on. The team at Real Property Management are fantastic to work with. Especially Tammy and Mary! They've got your back whenever you need something taken care of. There was an emergency bathroom leak before holidays that was causing damage to the property and Mary got it handled right away. Ease of use and peace of mind are priceless!

I had a horrible experience renting the property on Hoodsport Ave with RPM. The house was infested with roaches for months with no permanent solution. When I moved out, my deposit of 2000 was being withheld for months. Only an outrageous estimate of repairs was sent (500 for paint, 700 for fence, 500 for cleaning, 500 for general maintenance). I lived there for one year with my husband. We took proper care of the home and garden, we paid for professional carpet cleaning before moving out. After we moved out, we tried reaching out to RPM via phone and email numerous times without success. Months later they decided to refund our deposit. This was only done after my husband got on the phone with a person that understood we could sue them for not providing us with an itemized receipt within a reasonable amount of time as stated by the California law. It was an extremely unpleasant experience renting from RPM. I do not recommend them.
