Management is really easy to reach and pretty responsive. All of my questions and comments have been fielded in a really personal manner that I never experienced with larger management companies. The service guy is really nice and fast. Real Property is interested in working with its tenants rather than throwing up policies and procedures.
We had a very easy experience as far as paperwork and the application process goes. Dawn did an amazing job to stay connected with us during our move in process!

I've rented from a few different owners/management companies and while I've been lucky to not have any bad experiences, Real Property really stands out! Always seem available to contact by email, text, or call and they're just very reasonable and willing to work with you or help in any way. I would've continued renting from them if I hadn't moved to northern VT. I have them in mind if I ever go back though!
