We had such a great experience with Libby and MC Danner. We initially applied for a beautiful property in North Charleston, but lost out on it at the last second. Instead of leaving us in the dust, we were offered a different place with more space for almost the same monthly rent. They both have been so responsive, helpful, and delightful throughout the entire process. Can't imagine having anyone else handle our house hunt so professionally. Highly recommend.

RPM has been an excellent property management company. It's changed hands a few time over the years, but I have been happy with the current ownership (as of June 2020). Libby is organized, responsive, and well informed. I do not live in Charleston, so communicating via email is key and RPM has been able to answer questions and find tenants and contractors quickly. This allows me to keep my investment hassle free. Would highly recommend!

Both Libby and MC Danner have been a great help for my recent move. Although one of the properties I was looking at had already been signed by other tenants (I was slow at returning my call. SORRY BTW if youre reading this), MC Danner and Libby made it so I didn't feel like I wasted my time with my application. I picked up the next time they called and were able to put me in a better location and in a short amount of time! Thank you so much for the help!
