I have dealt with quite a few property management companies over the years, and seen some shady stuff. But Jason at RPM North Idaho is by far the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. He has always been fair and helpful. He is responsive if I have ever had issues or need help with the property I live in. Not to mention that in the 2 1/2 or so years I have rented with RPM the two places I have rented have been awesome. Very clean and well taken care of. It has been a pleasure to work with Jason and I would recommend him as a property manager to anyone looking to rent in the post falls/CDA area!

Real Prop Mngt was a Great team to work with. They got us into a house and took care of us promptly the whole time. When the time came to move out, we did a very thorough cleaning and the gave us our entire deposit back within a few days. Nothing but good things to say for this team!
