My partner and I enjoyed looking for apartments through this company. They were responsive, courteous, and very communicative throughout the application process. We looked at one apartment and then the woman who showed us the place was able to recommend another place we might like. She even drove over and showed us immediately. It ended up being one of our top choices! She was never pushy though and let us really get a feel for the place without rushing us. Once we applied, they were in constant communication with us about next steps and were able to get back to us quickly when we wanted to negotiate with the owner. We ended up choosing another apartment for unrelated reasons, but this was by far a MUCH smoother experience. I will say it’s quite a process to sign up to go see an apartment with them (they need a picture of your drivers license and you fill out a mini application basically), but overall, we had a great experience with RPM and would definitely look through them again!

RPM DC was extremely helpful during my apartment search. The entire process, from scheduling a viewing to getting the apartment keys in my hand, was made super simple and easy with them. They were quick to answer emails and were always looking out for my best interest. I needed to find an apartment and move in rather quickly and they were able to do just that. I was able to get my apartment in record time. Metaphorically, they did all the heavy lifting, making everything hassle free for me. Even today, if I have any questions, they are quick to email me back and are always super nice and professional (unfortunately those qualities are a rare find nowadays). Overall, an amazing and smooth experience. I would, without a doubt, recommend working with them.
