If you want a rental property who NEVER responds, RPM is the perfect choice for you! From weeks without response about poor security (because the doors wouldn’t lock), to not giving one care about their tenants... I gotta tell y’all, they will deliver! You can’t forget the unprofessionalism; it is a top notch, out of this world, past the fence, slam dunk of unprofessionalism. Guaranteed! But wait, there’s more!! It took them not one, but TWO months to “clean” the basement full of POOP and sewage. (If you don’t believe me, I have receipts;) ) Absolutely one of the worst rental places I have ever interacted with. I mean this with the utmost sincerity. Y’all have a nice day!

I could not be happier with my property management company. For anyone interested in leasing a beautiful home, as well as working with consummate professionals, RPM is the company with whom to contact. My experience has been five star. I first met with the broker, Janice, to see the home and apply. I was not treated as an application but as a person. The communication was expedient and efficient as well as the moving process and lease signing etc. My children and I have lived here now since August. My home is in perfect condition and I attribute that not only to my cleaning LOL but to the magnificent in-house maintenance available 24/7. My contact is Jamie and she is on top of everything. Problems will be handled and you will be treated with the upmost respect from your property managers and maintenance professionals. This level of professionalism makes my life much easier! I know any issues and or requests will be handled expeditiously!

Jamie often recommends excessive maintenance and if they know you are out of state you can bet you will get extra charges or a higher charge for what is needed. 75 dollars every time you go to my property? That is excessive. I had a contractor double check quotes and found at times things needed a 5 minute fix instead of being replaced. I have also found double the charge from their in-house team. They often try to hold you hostage to complete the renovation they want before they will list your property. This often doesn't align to the neighborhood or to your value of the property. They can charge you up to 300 dollars for work without having to ask you for permission to do that work (as per their contract). I have found they often abuse this. I have seen many exactly 300 dollar charges come through without any discussion with me the owner. Many of those 300 dollar charges were realistically 50-100 dollar jobs. Would highly not recommend the services of this company that takes advantage of their clients.

Stay away from this company. I am so sad I chose them and now I'm locked in a contract that I can't wait until is done. They charge for any little thing without asking and you can't do anything about it. They're just trying to make money. Like other reviews say, if you're out of town what can you do? You can't check on anything so you're just stuck taking their word. This is by far the worst company I've dealt with... especially because it's under contract so I'm feeling the pain every month. They charge ridiculous fees for EVERYTHING... even just simple \inspections\. They're already getting an automatic management fee but it's not enough for them. Do yourself a favor and walk away while you can.

The staff are very kind and helpful. Jamie was always great at communicating when maintenance would be coming or when they needed things. She always gave timely responses to emails and maintenance requests. Really enjoyed working with this team.
