I am extremely disappointed in this company. Positives: -extremely responsive to be able to tour a house we loved -quickly responded when we expressed interest in applying -ensured us that nobody else had applied, so we went ahead and applied for the house we loved with a 150 total application fee (3 persons) Negatives: After applying for the house, we then received an email stating that the property was no longer available. We were assured that we were the only ones that had applied and apparently in the time between us talking to them on the phone and applying (less than 12 hours) someone else had applied and been approved for the house. We had no idea and are now not able to receive our 50 each deposit back. Had we known somebody else had already applied we would not have applied and risked it. I understand the reason for non-refundable deposits; however, I find it extremely coincidental that someone else applied \minutes\ before us when it was communicated that nobody else was interested. While this company has wonderful communication, I am disappointed that we as a whole felt very mislead as a result of our experience with RPM.

My sons were looking for a house to rent and came upon one they were interested in. I was asked to tag along, which I did. A scheduled viewing was set and upon arrival, there was someone else there for the same thing. We waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. I called Real Property Management of Midlands and Lashaunda answered and was clueless about if the property was really available. She claimed the prior tenents may still be occupying the property. There was no lockbox, the property was not ready to view, even though it was supposed to be available for rent. The professionalism is not there. I hate my time being wasted and clearly that was a waste. (Broken window, raised grass, looks like it needs an exterminator...and that's just from the outside).
