Not sure why there’s a bunch of four star ratings because I have had a terrible rent house experience with these people. They hardly ever answer the phone. Can’t ever call maintenance because you’ll get charged just for them to fix something in your unit. When I called to tell them about my water pressure for my master bedroom shower, they told me that the issue was occurring throughout the neighborhood and closed my request without sending anyone out. My mother stays in the same neighborhood and wasn’t experiencing this on top of that it was only for that one shower. The rest of the house water was coming out fine. My heater wasn’t working and they charged me 150 on top of my rent for sending their maintenance team out even though it states in my lease that the landlord covers maintenance charges related to the A/C and heater. They don’t notify you of the charges. You just have to stay on top of logging in and seeing a balance well above your normal rent amount. They also charge you 250 to renew your lease and that’s not including whatever rental increase your landlord decides on. This experience has scarred me from ever wanting to rent a house through them ever again. I have never dealt with a company like this. I do not recommend anyone to work with them. If they worked out for you, more power to you.

NEVER EVER RENT A HOME FROM THIS COMPANY. ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE.WHEN I TELL YOU THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF HOUSING IN MY 43 YEARS OF LIVING I MEAN IT. When me and my family made it to our house it look fine at first i had no complaints they did a good job hiding any imperfections for the arrival. Until a few hours later my 1 year old daughter started to get a cough i initially thought it was because she was cold. But turns out my daughter had mold poisoning from the wall in our living room which i thought was just a common ink stain. Not only that there were roaches in our Kitchen and and bathrooms mold under there as well,A Ivy gourd growing on our backdoor,Mosquito and flies constantly biting and flying around outside There was this dirty broken bird bath in the corner of the backyard. Mind you this all happened in under 12 Hours of us moving into this junkyard. Me my wife and kids were extremely disappointed. Imagine spending months looking for a house and expect a good one, and find this.Truly disgusting
