I am continuously impressed by the Real Property Management team. The office staff are friendly, communicative, and accommodating. I always feel like I’m in the loop regarding important property-related activities, such as plowing, unit inspections, and maintenance incidents. The technician staff are equally reliable. When my unit requires service, whether it’s a broken blind or a refrigerator repair, I know they’ll take care of it in a reasonable amount of time. Based on my experience, I would recommend Real Property Management to any landlord seeking property management services.

Honestly I was hesitant to deal with a property management place, I have always gotten to know the landlord and build that type of relationship. But RPM has come through with the list of maintenance needs, this apartment I just moved into, needed. Their maintenance team has very quickly addressed all my issues and Andrea is very pleasant on the phone everytime I call and have a question. We have been homeowners for the past 35 years and this is the first rent/leasing experience we have had in 35 years. We were a bit put off by the lease itself that seems to put a lot of burden on the lessor. Not sure if the NH law allows amendments to the lease, but RPM was not willing to make any changes. Check out the lease paragraph that discusses bed bugs. We were really turned off by that. No where does the lease state that the owner needs to certify that the property is bed bug free before the lessor moves in. The office support staff was ok, not great while we were going through the application process. Not great on follow up either. We moved in 7 weeks ago and requested they pick up the lock box several times, but it is still sitting on our front door steps. On a positive note, our sales rep (Garth Lyndes) was great. He had several follow up questions we had answered quickly and was helpful in getting us through the application process. After we moved in, we had some requests for the owner that Garth followed up on quickly. We are happy with the house we are renting.
