I am a tenant of a building managed by this company and I recently had a very unprofessional experience with the company. I’ve been living in the building for over a year now and have never been late on my rent and have a great relationship with the other tenants and the landlord himself. However, the property manager called me to berate me and intimidate me for a mistake that I made. Instead of addressing the issue in a professional and resourceful manner, he just kept pointing out at my mistake and threatening me with hypothetical charges that I would have to pay. During the call, I repeatedly ask them to conduct in a professional manner and he ignored my request. I have already spoken directly with the landlord about this situation and moving forward, I will address my issues and concerns with him because I don’t trust this company to handle my issues or concerns in a serious and professional manner. ******* I am editing this review to update that Anthony reached out to me and was very open to receive feedback directly from me. He showed great concern about the situation and offered an apology. Anthony also handled other concerns promptly and professionally and I feel better at trusting them with my concerns.
