Working with Wendy and RPM was a great experience. She is very friendly, personable, and dependable. She actively searched for the right home for us and was communicative throughout the process. It always took an extreme effort to get a hold of anyone at this company. I also had numerous complaints from my tenant about their maintenance service of the property. I even receivedbcalls from my old neighbors who had to tell me that the property was not being maintained while vacant. Couldn't even get these guys to mow the grass. They just want their cut of the money and then to be left alone. Overall, extremely unreliable!

We were incredibly diligent in contacting this company. They had listed a property that was perfect for my needs and they completely ignored every single request to apply, phone call and voicemail. We tried to contact them for 3 days. We even showed up at their office building only to see that no one was there. They didn’t even have the correct number listed on their website and there were multiple numbers available. We tried every single one of them and received zero follow up, solution or even just a simple answer. Absolutely mind blowing. I read the reviews and was trying to be optimistic but this company really proved to me that the low reviews were correct. Way to go! Thanks for nothing!

Leasing from RPM has been an easy process and they have accommodated my requests and got me into a home within a few days. Originally I had applied for a home back in May but I was a little late with my application and the company kept me in mind and called when something similar came up for lease and just in time too. They even allowed me to break up my deposit to help with moving expenses!! They are a little difficult to get a hold of and their houses aren’t always really pretty but I really appreciate the fact that they kept their word and called me when they had an option for me... so happy to have a house I can afford and call home.
