Real property management failed to make sure our house was being maintained (neighbors complained multiple times how the yard was a mess, more people living in the home than originally discussed, and how cops were visiting our home due to violence and fighting). They failed to notice multiple things upon final inspection (wrong door handle, towel rack ripped off the wall, absolutely filthy bathroom floors and trees we planted were ripped out). I almost forgot to mention how someone had been smoking a substance in our home and it was never reported to us since Real property management “didn’t notice any smell”.....common theme here......be warned home owners. Almost three weeks and later maintenance finally fixed holes in the doors but left it up to us the paint the door and paint over the profanity on the fireplace. Thanks guys! You can see in the pics how Real Property Management replaced our door.

Bob and Tina have been wonderful to work with. They provided my wife and I every courtesy to help us find a rental property within our price range and odd circumstances. They were quick to get us into see places they felt would fit our needs. We seemed to waffle on what we were looking for and they were very flexible as we changed. We would highly recommend renting a property from Real Property Management Vancouver. They will always take good care of you.

Yikes guys! So not only did I have an unpleasant experience of working with this company, but the following 2 items should have been warnings: 1) Take a moment to review the responses to the reviews - they say thanks to all the 5 star and \we didn't do business with you\ for all of the 1 star. I can assure you will see the same with this review. 2) Their auto responder states \discuss your situation and if we are a potential fit\. Those are words of a copout imho. They don't seem to be good at what they do if there are properties that are not a good fit. Yikes!!!

I have had showings over the past months with several different people at this company and found them all to be very kind, patient and and helpful. I have always rented from private landlords until the past 3 years with TMG. My many unacceptable experiences with TMG had me swear off property management companies forever but I ended up calling RPM anyway as they had a really cute place I wanted to see. I've not been disappointed with their service! They even reached out to me several times when they had something available they thought I might like. Thanks you guys and best wishes - Avery

*In response to the owner, couldn’t seem to figure out how to write back directly. It was this company. I had a different last name then. As stated above I was married when I moved in a then got a divorce so I had my previous husbands last name. A few years ago I rented a house from this company. They had two ways of posting rent, in person to their drop box with a money order or online for a 50 fee. I choose in person because when I moved in to the house I was married with two incomes, then very shortly after I got divorced and went to a single income home and was on a very tight budget and couldn’t afford a 50 per month. So they call me saying that my rent was late, I told them I dropped it off on time to their drop box. That’s when they tell me that it has been vandalized and things had been stolen. I spoke to the police officers, gave them the money order numbers and found that the people had cashed it at Fred Meyers and there was nothing to do to get it back. Real Property Management said I still had to pay the full rent, plus late fees. I had terrible customer service with them and was so disappointed that they didn’t work with me or anything in this situation, especially because I did what I was supposed to in regards to turning in my rent, they were the ones who had it stolen. Very disappointing.
